Tara sa Maginhawa St. sa QC

Hi guys! I am new here and I just want to share with you a bit of our food trip along Maginhawa St. sa QC.

Kung taga Manila ka at sabik ka sa food anywhere in the Metro sigurado narinig mo na ito. Maginhawa St. has been so popular for many food stops to hang out with friends and loved ones.

Matagal ko na tong naririnig sa news, magazine shows, maging sa social media never thought na makakapunta nga talaga ako kasi gustuhin ko man makapunta I never had a chance before. Hahahaha. And yesterday, Nov. 4, 2018 is the right time. Not bad for a first timer. With milove, Jojie, my photographer, we explore the place under the heat of the striking sun. Hahaha. So we suggest to go there at a little bit late of afternoon para hindi na masyado mainit at typically stores and restaurants open hours are afternoon.

Red Corner Buffet Reataurant

Along the way we found Redcorner foodhouse that serves variety of good food for a buffet experience for only PhP 219.00. So suliiiiiit! Pero kung hindi ka naman pala kain ng maramihan may mga combos din sila na saktuhan sa pantawid gutom.

Place/Food/Price Rating:

PLACE

The place was pop malapit lang sa main road. At ang ganda bishiiii. Naligo sa nature ang interior ng place. Napakrefreshing. Feeling restored. Ganun. Hahahaha.

Lovely place and nature inspired

So close sa store may Milk Tea shop. Best time to chill. :) I rate the place of 3 POP points.

Self-service Area

May self-service area once maserved na ang food. May free soup and condiments on the side. Kyoootie ng mga gamit. Classy :)

Hand washing area

May washing area din pero rest room was not visible in the area. Perfect din for retouching bago magpicturial sa place. Hahaha.

FOOD

The food was sooooo delicious! Lutong bahay, lutong nanay. Nadama ko nanay ko bigla. Hahaha. Kung asa Manila ka at namimiss mo ang lutong probinsya, ito na yun. Masarap. Malawak ang pamimilian, may seafoods, veggies, chicken and pork dishes. I rate the food a 3 POP points :)

PRICE

Suliiiiiiiiiiiiiit! Hindi namin inavail ang buffet na PhP 219.00 each pero this PhP 225.00 for 2 pax is nothing but sulit. Combo 1 inclusive of 1 veggie (kalabasa, fave ko gulay. Haha) and 1 rice for Php 75.00. Madami ang serving, kasya pandalawahan. Nakakahinayang kapag di naubos. Then Jojie naman Combo 4 inclusive of any 2 dishes mixed of seafoods, pork, chicken and veggies and unlirice naaa too for only PhP 150.00. Kayaaa okiiii naa. Hahaha. Napili namin ang pork sinigang and chicken curry. Sobrang busog sa sarap. Sulit sa presyo. 3 POP point for this!

Redcorner Foodhouse at Maginhawa St. garnered total 9 PERFECT POP points :) Congratssss! What an food experience! Recommended.

We also have seen aside from food corners along the place which is venue for cinema viewing. For only PhP 150.00-200.00 (depends sa palabas) may koreanovelas, locals and foreign movies. May merchandise area din kung gusto kong magtake home ng stuff from your fave movie and food snack bar while watching.

Cinema Experience

Hindi mo aakalain na may ganitong place pala dito.

Many things and places to explore sa Maginhawa St. and gugustuhin naming balikan ang lugar to discover new adventures. And we're looking forward for more of these!
